
PálinkásChef – why I don't just "cook," I build evenings
There are dinners you remember the next day. Not because they were complicated, but because they had rhythm. Arrival, aromas, good conversation, a sip of something delicious, and suddenly you realize: you are together.
That's how I work. I don't offer a "menu," but rather an evening—one that has a beginning, a middle, and an end, with something happening throughout.

I like it when a dish has something to say. Why is a particular ingredient good right now, where does it come from, why is it prepared this way? And yes, pálinka can also play a role in my dishes—but it is never the main character on its own. Rather, it is part of a good moment.
